i appreciate the hotel's direct access to the train station. i found it convenient for day trips. the breakfast buffet was extensive , i especially enjoyed the fresh omelettes. guest services were also very helpful and kind , they were pretty good.
the pool had limited access for children , it was only open from 7 to 9 a.m. i wished there were more facial skincare products provided. also , some information was not clearly indicated during the reservation process.

convenient location with superb amenities
train station coffee machine comfortable robes
the hotel's location within the train station proved convenient. we could easily access transportation and nearby attractions. the upgraded coffee machine in our room was a treat we enjoyed. the availability of robes added a touch of comfort to our stay.
the air conditioning in our room did not seem to function properly overnight. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. i hope they address this issue .

wonderful stay AT THE station
perfect location luggage transfer
i appreciated the location very much. i easily took day trips to nara and the bamboo forest. staff were superb and helpful. they helped organize luggage transfer and always had smiles.
the pool use required an extra payment, even as a hotel guest.

Satisfactory stay at this station hotel
great location coffee machine soundproofing issue average quality
I liked that the hotel is located directly above the train station. This location made exploring the city easy. The hotel provided robes and an upgraded coffee machine in the room I was in.
My room was by the railway platforms so soundproofing was an issue. I found sleeping difficult because of the noise. I also thought breakfast could improve as the quality seemed average.

poor english extra cost
the location was convenient as it was connected to the train station.
the staff's english was poor even for basic requests which i did not expect from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars with business clients. facilities were available but came with extra costs.
